One of the Artisanal products in our Marketplace are hand made gourmet chocolates by our in-house chocolatier “Cocoa”. We carry delectable caramel turtle boats and almond toffee. Cocoa creates fresh chocolate confections using the finest ingredients, including Wisconsin butter, dark Belgian couverture chocolate, and pure cane sugar.

For special occasions or gift giving, we can work with you on your special orders! Think of us throughout the year for wedding favors or a chocolate table adorned with chocolate delights, corporate gift giving, anniversaries, or any special occasion where something sweet will add a special touch!

If we don't carry the confection of your choice, call us – we love to make your favorite! Your orders can be shipped or picked up at the Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Shop.

Made with rich Belgian chocolate, this bar includes Door County cherries along with other dried fruits, roasted almonds, raw coconut and flax seed. The Biker Bar gives you the energy you need and the satisfaction you deserve.
