| "The Flavors of Provence" will depart for Saint Remy-de-Provence, France on May 12 and return on May 18. The registration deadline is March 16. With a passion for food and a desire to share culinary creativity, Janice Thomas established Savory Spoon in 2004, the first year-round cooking school in Door County. Located in a charming historic 1879 schoolhouse in Ellison Bay, Savory Spoon features guest instructors and food experts whose areas of expertise include cheeses, fresh grown produce, cuisines from around the world, and new techniques in food preparation. |
