Our "Adventures in a Chinese Kitchen" tour was unique... and delicious! We sampled the cuisines of several different ethnic groups in culturally-rich Yunnan Province. In addition to a daily feast around the revolving glass table tops, we loved sampling the variety of interesting food sold in the small outdoor stands. From the best savory "pizza" I've ever eaten, to sizzling little shrimps-on-a-stick - and not forgetting the dried, candied fruits! - we found that not only are the people warm and friendly, but the food is the best anywhere.
